Nebbiolo is THE grape of the Piedmont. It forms Italy's most lauded wines, Barolo and Barbaresco; as well as the more accessible Langhe style Nebbiolo. 
 
Langhe is a DOCG of an area around the Barolo and Barbaresco zones, but often sites that are of slightly lesser quality, or vines that are younger than those that go on to make a Barolo. 
Langhe is fantastic in that they're almost always meant to be drunk younger than Barolo's. Their tannins melt away a little sooner and they're deliciously enjoyable without 30yrs ageing under their belts. 

Here we have a super pretty and delicate expression of Nebbiolo, the classic roses and tar on the nose, baked strawberry and cherries come in too, with a light grip of tannin. Baby Barolo this very much is, and for the money it's absolutely stonking.
