Lambrusco, but not awful.
Low intervention wine making with organic grapes picked at full ripeness results here in an explosion of red opulence. A frothy fizz fills your mouth with intense fruits and a nice spicy savouriness at the end.
This is fermented bone dry, meaning there's no actual residual sugar whatsoever, meaning you can put down a bottle to yourself without feeling like you've over done it!
