Delicate and delicious. This is a Blanc de Blancs meaning purely Chardonnay grapes are used in the wine. Here we have 20% older reserve wine used, with 75% made in steel for freshness, and the remainder raised in oak to give a little more richness and depth.
This is a classic style Chardonnay based Champagne, fresh and delicate with just a touch of sweet brioche without going overboard. A great choice to kick a dinner off with, or show off to a date with a dozen oysters.
