AMI is a collaboration between friends Paul Marchand-Perarnau and Willy Roulendes. Paul being an ex somm and Willy a travelling winemaker - with Paul's palate and Willy's know how, along with their natural leaning "less is more" philosophy, the project was bound for greatness. Super limited numbers here, and wines are produced with all natural yeasts and no temperature control.

This is a young and fresh red Burgundy from grapes grown within Saint Aubin - loads of red cherry and raspberry with a little cocoa and sour blackberry. Crushable yet serious.
