Taking inspiration from Beaujolais, this biodynamically farmed little number from the 'little carpathians' mountains in Slovakia is just the right levels of juicy, light and funky. Carboniq maceration creates a light candy like cherry cola vibe against a wild herbyness and florality.
This is like a moreish sour ribena of a wine. It's very 'natural' so don't expect your mum to enjoy it as well.
