Classic Jura Savagnin aged slightly under a veil of yeast. This is a fresher more accessible style than the classic sous voile, hence 'Ouille' meaning the barrels are topped up to prevent too much oxidation. 
Powerful, with a sherry like nuttyness without being too challenging. We love wines of this style, great tension and energy. Sounds stupid, but you'll get it once you try, we promise.
