Milan Nestarec is a second generation winemaker naturally farming his 8ha in Moravia, Czech Republic.
 
This is a funky, citrussy, and sour blend of Palava, Gewürztraminer, Neuburger, Riesling, and Sauvignon Blanc with a little skin contact.
High acid with lime and grapefruit, some apple skin and more than a little funkyness. 
Smashable on its own but goes really well with food, I like it with simple olive oil based pasta with some anchovies and broccoli.
