Inbetween Mersault, Puligny - Montrachet and Chassagne - Montrachet (producing the most expensive white wines in the world), sits the pretty little village vineyards of Saint-Aubin.

While its wines often don't reach the dizzying heights of the previously mentioned, the quality here is stil unbelievably high while the prices are very sensible.

With Burgundy, and wine in general tbh, there's a definite exponential trend when you look at price vs enjoyment. This little drop sits perfectly on that trend for me - amazing quality, tasty AF juice, and a price that doesn't make you throw up in your mouth.

Classic White Burg here, on the steelier side with a lovely chalkiness and ripe preserved lemon vibe with just the right amount of butteryness and oak notes.
This is drinking really well now, but hiding it under your bed for another 5 years is gonna create something special.
