1. All orders before 10am are sent NEXT BUSINESS DAY as standard.
2. Orders above £50 qualify for FREE UK DELIVERY, or a flat fee of £10.99 for everything else.
Once your order is made, you will shortly receive update notifications from our courier partners to the mobile phone and / or email address you left at checkout. These can take from a a couple of hours to next day, so don't worry if you don't receive one straight away. If you chose not to leave an email or number that's fine, but you won't receive any updates. Should you want to know where your delivery is, contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number and we can update you on the tracking.
For more rural areas, and Northern Ireland or during busy times it may take longer than 1 day. We work with DPD and UPS to provide this service, and whilst we do personally track your items, we cannot be held responsible for delays once we pass the products onto them.
When we can, we like to work with London bike couriers such as PedalMe. In which case we will contact you to work out a delivery date and time that suits both parties.
European and Worldwide shipping is available, please get in contact with us for a quote. Bear in mind that there may be customs and duty charges to be paid by the receiver once they arrive. Unfortunately the current changing situation with Brexit means we cannot give an estimate on how much this is likely to be.
We cannot guarantee next day delivery, due to the nature of shipping wine there can be breakages.
If a delivery is attempted but failed, a calling card will be left at the premises. It is the duty of the receiver to respond to this calling card to rearrange delivery with our courier partners. If a delivery is failed more than 3 times, this is often automatically sent back to the sender (us). If this happens we are more than happy to resend the items, however we will require a flat payment of £10.99 to cover the second lot of fees for postage and packaging. We don't make money on postage fees, so should you not wish to pay a second delivery fee, we will refund you, minus £10.99 to cover our initial shipping fees.
Due to the current Coronavirus situation in the UK there may be delays in shipping, especially during periods of inclement weather. In the event your parcel is delayed please feel free to contact us at email@example.com with your order number, name and address and we'll look into it.
