Stereotypical Alsatian Pinot Gris here. Punchy and intense in flavour from the sunshine in the hills, it's opens up a little much so I recommend decanting this for about an hour before drinking which softens things and brings out all the lovely glyceric floral notes. 
Loads of pear and apple flavours on entry with some more floral blossomy aromas, that end on a spicy finish like star anise; There's good body and a lovely oily slippery texture.
