A blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Gris made in the Alsatian mountains near the Rhine river 10km from the German border. Made in the Champagne method, this is complex high quality fizz. Solid acid profile from the cool nights in the hills, but packed with yellow apple and pear flavours from the bright French sun. Absolutely banging quality.
